Nick J. Cozzone has been an investment adviser for over 20 years. He has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a Finance Option from the California State University of Fresno. Nick has worked with the company owners, key employees, and sales people in over 75 client companies located across more than 10 different states. Nick is the founder of KC Capital Advisors, and also co-founded, and trademarked the Production Incentive Program (PIP), which became a national resource for retirement planning in the 1099 independent contractor marketplace. His area of focus is wealth management and developing individualized portfolio solutions.

Stephanie N. Cozzone joined KC Capital in 2020 where her primary role is to manage the back office operations and assist with client account services. She has over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry, where she worked as an Assistant Vice President of a regional bank in Illinois. She graduated with a Bachelor of Business degree in Marketing from Western Illinois University and earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Northern Illinois University, where she graduated summa cum laude. Stephanie’s area of focus is to maintain and expand upon the service experience and relational aspect of the KC Capital back office.
